We want you to love your Nestra pieces. By accessing or using nestra.co.za, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing — All prices are in ZAR and include VAT. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly on different screens.

Orders & Payment — By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping — Orders processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping R90; free on 2+ items. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Returns — We accept returns only for faulty or defective items within 7 days of delivery. No change-of-mind returns. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property — All content on this site is the property of Nestra and protected by applicable law.

Liability — Our products are comfort and safety accessories, not medical devices, and do not replace adult supervision. To the extent permitted by law, Nestra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law — These terms are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
