Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times

Once processed, orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days, depending on your location, delivery can take up to 15 business days. Remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order with 2 or more products.
Standard shipping is R90.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, weather, and courier delays may affect delivery times.
