Refund policy

We want you to love your Nestra pieces. Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive faulty or develop a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, or if the product looks or feels different than you expected.

What's covered

  • Items that arrive damaged or faulty
  • Items with a genuine manufacturing defect

What's not covered

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • The product doesn't match your expectations of colour, size, or finish - please check product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering

How to report a fault

  1. Email help.nestra@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos (or a short video) showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and let you know the next steps.

Once approved

If your claim is approved, we'll offer either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection law.
