Nestra is a South African online store selling baby safety and comfort products. We are operated from South Africa and sell exclusively to customers within South Africa.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation apply to your purchase.
Product images are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is R90 for single-item orders. Shipping is free on orders of 2 or more items. Estimated delivery times vary by location — please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Nestra is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or public holidays.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for items that arrive faulty or with a genuine manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to report a fault and the returns process.
